probably between 20 and 25 billion easily.
people see them capital skills, logi and recon skills . Plus they want your carrier pilot since they're too lazy to train another one P

All Around combat with no focus .... 260 ISK per SP + (As is 18B to 20B)
Train your Strat Cruiser subs to V each and get 350 ISK per SP (25b to 28b) ( 3 x Plex)

Looks unfinished otherwise.... does a lot, but not focused.
