And i dont care about the appraiser which sucks, and gives equal price no matter how crap u trained ur char. Not to mention it gives way too low amount as it is.

I already got offered 10b so no thanks.

Tbh I already got offered 10b. Actually got offered both 10.2b and 10.6B, but one guy found another in the meantime, and can't get ahold of the last guy.

If you can make it 10.5 B we might be able to work something out.
