must have all subs at 5.
H.A.M spec 4 or more
missile related skills trained to 4 or 5 prefer 5
decent navigation skills.

must have near perfect fitting skills AWU 4 is ok. rest must be at 5
no stupid names.
Cybernetics 5

bonus if you have leadership skilsl for fleet boosting ( armour etc )
