EVE General Discussion

Not too long ago, I was in Jita. As I was watching various claims and scams scroll through local chat, someone said something interesting.

"Who wants a hundred million ISK? First person to say Yes gets it."

I didn't have very high hopes as I'm used to everything said in Jita being a scam. But regardless, I typed in "yes" and was the first to do so. Lo and behold, 100,000,000 ISK popped up in my wallet! I know this is chump change to a lot of you but it is a fairly big sum to a guy like me.

I thanked this individual and told him that I was currently learning PVP and 100mil would go a long way. He asked which race I was and when I told him, he gave me 13 Cruisers! I thanked him profusely and we went our separate ways.

I have since begun a Corp in his honor. I created "Oblationists" in an effort to find like minded people who enjoy helping/teaching others.

I am currently traveling through the cosmos of EVE in an effort to spread the word. Many of you have helped me when I needed it, and this is the least I can do to "pay it forward."
