Quick Note: This is being sold as a perfect rifter pilot, not a perfect pvp pilot.

Introduction: This character has been born and bred to be a Minmatar pvp pilot. Skills have been progressively maxed out to fly a rifter perfectly and skill training is currently moving on to maxing out skills to fly Minmatar cruiser class hulls.

This is a great opportunity for a new player or old player alike to jump into a lean, mean pvp machine in one of the most ISK efficient ships in the game.

retracted - time is up and tbh 5.5 is more than fair for this toon, seller trying to milk to much it seems for a char that is not even close to flying a perfect rifter. That would imply AVU5 small projos5 some better warfare etc.
