bump and as for over capitalized there is a difference between holding and claiming a wh less capitals less secure i have the ability to take down a ninja pos and have again and again lol
undercapitalized=target over = run for ur life

Cause those C2's are so in demand right........ They really must spend 50B to secure it long term.

A WH like this only costs 300M then to carrier and dread it yourself only a few B more. But if that's still not enough 1B or so to a merc corp to remove any invasion force, good luck with your 45B profit gouging though the ROI for the buyer would be insane.

Maybe if you get your asking price you can use some isk at the Amarr "mastering the english language" class.

Seriously though. You are asking for 50bil? Yet you give absolutely no details on the capital assets (ship types, fittings etc), or the POS (pos type, modules etc), or even the characters you want to sell with this (skills etc).

You say you will only discuss here in this thread, yet you don't give any details on anything.

I don't think you are allowed to sell characters with WH. According to char bazaar rules no assets can be sold with char.
