Outraged at petition response time

For the last week my corp and I have been experiencing a weird problem in our little pocket of space. I submitted a petition about it on February 29 at 21:22 ET. As it was not a grave and immediate problem (and not a stuck petition), I was completely shocked and dismayed to see a response with a resolution to the problem today (March 1) at 00:22 ET. That was three hours.

Now, I don't know about you, but when I pay my monthly fee for the two accounts that I run, I expect to receive the customer service I pay for. This was not it. It was prompt, helpful,and (I daresay) friendly. That is simply not the quality of service I expect from CCP, and I am deeply disappointed and enraged. I did not even get a chance to send a second message on the petition venting my anger at someone who is just doing their job just to vent my frustration at my impotent real life! This is unfair, and it is detracting from my enjoyment of Eve, and that of all other players whose petitions are promptly answered.

So, shame on you GM Pyro and the rest of the GM team. Way to ruin Eve for your players.

I tried to keep it short, but rage should never be word-limited. I am just trying to be one more voice in the chorus of players displeased with the service they receive for this awesome game.

I prefer to roll 1D12 and add "Derail thread by focusing on a minor point somebody made in passing" as number 1.

Roll. Role is what you play. Roll is what you do to dice. Well, apart from that one weird kid in our role-playing group a decade or so ago that loved putting his dice in his mouth. For luck.

^^ I think that qualifies for a Critical success + re-roll, right as it spans multiple categories?
