The full ransom was not honored, only a partial amount was sent. I always honor full ransoms as it ensures the next time I will get my isk again.

All Narwals ransoms are honored. Now if a ransom is offered at all is a totally different story.


But as a whole, if you are offered a ransom by a DUCK and it happens to NOT be honored, please bring this forward to our alliance leadership.


A large amount of our non-merc activities revolve around us honoring ransoms, so if anyone from ducks violates this... its cause for concern.

20mil was demanded 20mil was paid. You then proceeded to demand more money. You didn't honor the ransom. All ransom money needs to be stated up front and not over X number of demands.

Agreed this is one of the best things about EvE and making someone eject from their ship is an excellent ransom and very fun.

One more thing. Remember not to shoot the ship down to low structure as sometimes the pilots skills are the only thing holding it together.Roll

I was on Teamspeak getting the ransom demand in real time so I was talking to him.

First of all, please don't insult me by saying I would actually ask double the amount of your ships worth. I am more professional than that and I request that you recognize that. Your drake had a value of 36 million, all I did was ask for a 40 million payout as, with mods and rigs, it would be well worth your isk to pay.

You sent 20 million at which point I told you that you needed 20 million more and that I would then set you free. Upon hearing this you went into a rage and told me to blow you up instead, so I did.

So first you say I asked a second fee and now you are saying I said that it was just to see if you would pay?

You need to get your story straight. He did pay me 20 million, but it was not the 40 million that I asked for. That was what was agreed upon and that is not what was paid as can be seen in the screenshot.

Desist from slandering my name further than you have already tried. You aggressed a rifter in a drake because you figured it would be an easy kill and got stuck. You could have paid the ransom and been set free but instead decided to continue to fire and only pay a partial sum. The result was a continuation of fire and your death after you refused to pay the remainder of the fee.

Why you would only pay half is beyond me, but don't make a thread attempting to slander me and saying I asked 60m for a 35m ship, then changing stories when I catch you in your web of lies. Good day to you
