Tengu pilot highlights:
all caldari subs to 5, caldari strategic cruiser 4
t2 heavy missiles (spec 4)
all missle support skills to 4 (2m sp in missiles)
decent tengu support skills (can run my tengu cap stable - smokes all l4s)

Designed to babysit a HS corp and do HS missions while main is bored in 0.0... basic corp skills, PE 5, Research 5 - Great for doing research or production jobs to make isk while your main is out having fun elsewhere.

Not sure what to expect for a buyout. I've seen 10m sp tengu pilots go for 6+ bill. We'll see what kind of activity this generates.
