Apparently you can't log into a trial account but someone just told me that its because I'm trying to do it on the same machine.

Thats right, but 2 different Computers over the same connection does work.

Trial account can not give any money back, but will be able to do so after buying plex and using it. => Full account.

As you can not:

- accept a contract with a trial
- logg into a trial and a 2nd account of whatever type on one machine

You cant go wrong with sending isk.

At the same time, I believe. You should be able to login the trial on its own when your main account is not running.

You can send the money from the main account, log out, log in to the trial with the main account not running and buy the plex.

WoW holds your hand until end game, and gives you a cookie whether you win or lose. EVE not only takes your cookie, but laughs at you for bringing one in the first place...

Don't think you can send money to trial accounts if I remember correctly. You can however buy the PLEX with your main and make a contract for your trial account. Log out, and have the alt accept the contract and plex up.

No. Serge has it right. Send the ISK to the alt, Buy the Plex, Activate. Don't bother with contracting to an alt.

Yeah, you can send isk, just not make contracts for them. Trial accounts just can't send isk themselves so it's a one way street.

yeah ... easiest way I've done it is add the main to contacts from the alt with the "notify them" box checked (because hell if I'm gonna remember the name in 5 minutes when I need to) ... login with main, check people & places to get the alt, right click -> send isk. swap accounts, log in, buy plex.

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

Definitely, adding the new account as a contact also helps to make sure the isk is going to the right character. That would be a nice surprise for someone when they're wallet flashes Lol

Well, you can make private contract for char on trial account, but that char can't actually accept it. Lol

What in the what? It's your own account! Can you not remember the name of your own character? Log on main, open people and places, type in the alts name, give him money. Log on alt, buy plex. How is this so incredibly complex?

Oh shock horror! The inhumanity! Call OXFAM. Or NATO. Maybe even dear old Helen Clark at the UN! It is an international emergency! Somebody on the forums is doing the same steps as Cat Casidy but in reverse! Quick! Quick! We need action!

I lol'd

seriously though ... it's an account that has been "active" for all of ~15 minutes ... as compared to having "Velicitia" here for the last four years...
