seller said 3 hours to transfer... havent heard from him since, and the char is still in the same corporation. Will wait 2 more hours and then petition for a possible scam attempt.

i really dont get it, why do they even try ? ccp discourages character scam attempts pretty strongly, they suspend the account and the account where the money were transferred and the scammer loses everything.

Because it is a hacked account. Now the guy who hacked it has the isk, which he sells for rl money. So he doesnt care if the guy he sells to loses it later...

nice. so he is the only one who wins in all this. now i know why ccp is so determined against account sharing.
