Description:
My corp has lived in this hole for approximately 3 months and we're moving on to bigger things. We have completely vacated and, as of a few hours ago, there are no structures anchored in system besides a couple large warp bubbles in deadspace. The planets will produce everything you need for POS fuel except precious metals, of which you'll only need to import approximately 10k per week for a large tower.

A C3 would be perfect for two or three decently-skilled pilots looking to run anomalies and exploration sites or a small- to medium-sized industry corp looking to mine high-end ores, harvest fullerides and cut their teeth on T3 production. Most anomalies can be solo'ed in a passive Drake but some exploration sites will require moderate spider tanking and cap transfers.

Payment Terms:
Half of the ISK will be required up front, the other half after I provide a bookmark and you've inspected the system to ensure that it is as described. Alternatively, I am happy to use a well-known 3rd party service so long as the buyer pays the transaction fees and makes the arrangements.
