Fix to the legion?

I noticed that all other t3s have their ewar mods in mid slots...this hampers legions because their ewar is high slot based as well as a pile of crap (pilgrim/curse do it better). With this in mind I was thinking about what could fit that wouldnt make them completely OP like the tengu is now. After some deep thought I figured this idea would be best.

Instead of having the ewar affect the bonus of neuts, have it effect tracking disruptors and the bonus they recieve. Add a low slot or two to put them on and increase their effectiveness by a reasonable amount per level as well as reduce the cap needed to run them. In this way they won't be insanely overpowered but it would make the scorch legion reasonable as well as a ham legion if they cant be tracked.

This is just a thought and I would like to see it implimented because it is well know that the legion is most gimped t3 out there in overall roles. I agree it has its own niche but it should be expaned to multiple roles like the others.

Any constructive criticism would be great!

The problem with that is you already have basically a pimp pilgrim if you go covops/neut legion. That with some remote boosting and implants and you can have a pretty powerful covops ship

The legions need a nerf, they look so much better than any of the other T3s by far!

Only the covert reconfig offensive sub is gimped, no damage bonus compared to the others that have 5% bonus.

As for the e-war, all the T3's have weaker e-war bonuses than their recon counterparts, so thats not just the legion's problem.

I do fly a legion...often...and it is gimed in comparison. Its typical trolling that you provide that disuades people that have good ideas to not post them. Thus disallowing CCP to hear them and then giving you more reason to cry like a little girl and tell people they suck....

I still think they need work. The TD idea was just that an idea. It was open for discuassion and I was hoping that i could get some other ideas. It COULD possibly fix things that were overlooked.

I also agree that they are gimped compared to the others when looking at the recons. I submit however that they are able to fully run their DPS while administering their respective e-war. That is the sight i would like see fixed.

The problem is you (and the other T3s)! T3s are supposed to be jack of all trade, master of none! Not cloaked, anti-bubble, probing, e-war pwnmobiles which also boost your gang!

HACs should do better damage, HICs should tank better, recons should e-war better, covert ops should probe better, and command ships should boost better.
Not all of the above is true, which is BAD!
