Cargo Window not switching??? BUG?

Up until the recent patches, if I had my ship's cargo window open and I switched into a new ship, the new ship's cargo window would automatically replace the old ship's cargo window.

Now every time i switch into a new ship, i have to close out the cargo window and open a new one. and then re-drag it and re-size it...

If i'm in the middle of a fleet engagement and need to quickly re-ship, this is a problem.... especially when switching ships and ammo types at the same time...

Are you talking in station, because it has been that way (keeps old ship's cargo open) for a while now.
