Well, what I meant was that ruining someone's game would be much less satisfying if the game had already ruined itself, compared to ruining someone's time in a really good game.

But rifters and drakes are good, too. Especially rifters.

It's just that not too many games (good or not) allow you to ruin other people's days without getting you banned as well or something like that.

Exactly. This hypothetical council member would want to play in a really good game. And ruin some other player's time in it. So to him, a really good game includes plenty of opportunities to ruin other player's game experience. Doesn't it seem a little odd that somebody wanting to ruin other players' fun would be representing them on the player feedback council? It's kind of like making the playground bully a member of the playground rules committee.

It not conspiracy. they will go and activate the inactive accounts they have or make new ones before the election to stack the votes in their favor. it is a Goon tactic to rig anything they can into their favor. this is something that CCP should keep an eye out for and go make changes that those who can vote is an active paid account thats 30 days active or older for activity.

Yeah, only goons will vote from their alt accounts and activate inactive accounts to vote and get their representatives to CSM. other players and alliances are too honorable to do that and will vote only from mains. True story.
