I think you missed a few posts in your review of the thread. I drop the can, he retrieves it, he transfers isk.

Jet can because the stuff is in my cargo and I'm trying to avoid docking (or undocking rather). Jet can the stuff, hope he pays me. If he does, we can do it again. If not, we don't.

I would like an estamel's invul delivered, you jet can it, then I'll pay you...It's in both our interests.

So what makes you think that somebody living in nullsec is incapable of travelling to a market hub to get these items themselves? Alternatively, what makes you think that somebody else in their corp/alliance (ie that they know and trust, or can at least use contracts in station with) isn't already providing such a service?

If you want to try travelling through nullsec then cool, do it, but don't do it with the thought of making a few hundred k while you're there, the experience is worth far more than that.

My suggestion is this: find some NPC stations in null sec. Fill your cargo with stuff you want to sell and go there and set up sell orders in the station.

This way you will get the thrills- and when you die it will not be due to scamming, which will make you feel much better.

Carefully select the items that you want to sell- initially you can even select items that fit in a covert ops. E.g. one of my runs in a covert ops with about 100m of cargo netted me 500m.

Have fun!

Any colour you like.

This in no way sounds like a scam

I don't understand you folks. I'm the one who's at risk of getting scammed. The person takes the stuff from the abandoned can, in null sec so the abandonment doesn't matter anyway, and THEN you send me money.

Whatever - I found someone who's willing to work with me, so peace out girl scouts!

I get what you're trying to do. Come back and let us know how it went, now that you found someone. I thought about doing the same thing too at one point. I'm a high sec trader, and I envisioned a kind of partnership with various folks in null sec. I would get a kick out of traveling through null sec and hopefully make a nice margin, and they would get stuff that they normally couldn't get otherwise. I know most entities already have logistics/manufacturing in place, but there are some that probably don't, or some that would want to add another source to their supply line. I never followed through with it though...

I'm looking to mix it up a bit and try my hand at running the gauntlet from high sec to null and back, and thought a good excuse to do it would be for trade runs. But...I'd rather have a partner for this. So here's my thought...

My partner tells me what small m3 product he'd like to sell down in his neck of the woods.

I bring the product down to him, sell to him at a discount, and we do a space exchange of product for isk. Basically - I jet can the stuff then him and his friends blow me up and salvage my wreck.

Lather rinse and repeat.

Anyone interested in such an arrangement?

Fixed.
