As title says I am interested in buying a production toon(most) with maybe some mining abilities,not hulk ready but maybe retriever or so,not required though.I am mostly interested in skills such as:

Production Efficiency V
Mechanics V
Industry V

any ship construction skills would be considered a bonus,please list your offers below.
