Currently there are buy orders for approximately 2 billion isk above this price range, so there is a snowball's chance in hell that you will get one for that price, and in 2 months those prices will not change much with the demand for JF's.

Mins to make these things + BPO etc. total around 6b +/- a few hundred mill...
