unfortunately, me and my sister are probably at the minimum two months from being t3 builder specced for at least one race. =(
and we're probably going to cost someone if they're still looking for such a character maybe 1 . 5 to 2 billion if that because we won't have too many skill points.
that's if someone doesn't see that we're near being t2 inventors first and manufacturing chars.

I definitely will do that. I know I need Caldari Starship Engineering to level 5 and jury rigging to level 5, too. I'm almost done with Mechanics 5 so I can inject Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Engineering also, which will lead me into the invention phase.
I have a bigger brother but unfortunately, he's not for sale unless someone wants to throw 100 billion his way.
of course, people will say he's nuts but when you can build almost everything that eve has to offer minus those crazy cosmo level 4 doodads, who gives a hoot, right?
I do know one thing, though. you give him a system in which he can build your caps and supers, without worrying about getting his ass shot every five seconds and he'll do it. P
he was meant to build the big boys.
I'll keep you in mind Reileen if you haven't found your characters in two months.

Just curious, what skills do you want exactly? I have a character that can have the Reverse Engineering skill up soon and has invention skills off to a good start. she might be for sale if the price is right but I'd like to know what other skills are a must for you.

Reverse Engineering only needs to be at level 1

It needs all the relevent subsystem skils trained to 4 (Offensive, Defensive etc) and I dont mean the sub-system skill to fly the ship.

Jury rigging and the relevent racial Starship engineering skill needs to be at 5 (Caldari prefered) and of course Cruiser Construction at 5.
