Dear administration! Today I saw a post on the forum to sell the player. https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=78320 & # post78320 I offered good value for money - 3.5 billion in the game I contacted them and this player was announced price - 4 billion, and I agreed gave the said amount, indicating the account to which you want to transfer your character. Immediately after that, the player started to "freeze", he wrote, he did not want to sell, but at my request to return the proceedings - has not responded. Please look into this issue and give me back my claims, or complete the translation of the character. Thanks in advance.
