Player Features and Ideas Discussion

I read in a dev blog somewhere that they wanted to make POS's more like houses in Skyrim where everyone should have one. The one thing I can think of to make that more of a reality is to get rid of the standing requirement or reduce it by half to setup and run a POS. It makes it so that anyone can get one, but doesn't mess with the mechanics of fuel or time sheets needed to put it up. I know my corp wants to put one up, but the standing requirements are just astronomical for a multi race corp that hasn't got it's standings in order. All it takes is 1 person to mess the standings up to a point where you can no longer have the POS or can't get one setup because you don't can't meet minumim requirements.

I know CCP will never read this, because the idea is to simple and easily implemented, but I wouldn't mind some feedback on the idea.
