As for B/O there is none. It will sell at what ever the high offer is.

Or perhaps you could summon your courage and just place a bid? That's what these CCP moderated forums are for, to protect buyer and seller.

I don't understand trying to 'deal under the table' because you're not patient? For an industrial character? Everything for them takes time... it's not like you're going to mine an extra 5 billion ISK in the extra day you save... so why not abide by the seller's statement and make an offer?

Yep i was going to do a bid but i need the toon as quick as possible so i went with a different one, who was ready to sell now... was a shame was gonna offer a 9 bil buyout but you wanted to go as an auction
