solution:
join the 99%, get blue standings with FA/TEST/BDEAL/ESG/-TF-/... don't worry about dangerous logistics or lack of docking rights anymore and shoot goons as much as you like. The friends of our friends are our enemies.

we don't have recruitment standards and hand out free rifters if you ask nicely. we also recruit corporations.

I wasn't aware that FA had a problem with shooting blues ourselves... Just ask TEST Cool

Shooting goons is a good idea (bunch of terrible carebears), there are many opportunities to shoot them atm (strat ops impacting their ability for home defense), Fountain is an excellent staging point (good market, good isk, safe stations) and our enemies do a decent job at keeping the route along the eye of terror clean so we can easily get to Deklein Pirate

Mr. FA-Guy has a point that the hardest part of getting into 0.0 is the first gate - we give you the opportunity to start your fleets behind the enemy lines.

edit: even if my posts may sound flippant at times - I am really serious about this.
we are neutral to goons & a large part of the CFC and we could use a few more motivated pilots to make the most of these standings and our easy access to Cloud Ring/Deklein.
The 99 Percent started out as an initiative to give high-sec dwellers the tools & training to fight goons and because of this our leadership did insist on retaining neutral standings with goons despite us living in TEST space.
This creates a unique opportunity for anyone wanting to shoot goons that should not go unused.

First, 200 ppl will just get you killed - goons routinely bring 500-700 and more rarely 1000. Also, you're about a month or so late to the party that is taking **** from goons up here in Venal.

Killing POS towers is boring. You could have much more fun forming a giant anti-goon carebear alliance, declaring war on the entire CFC and then camping the EC-P8R gate in torrinos. Nothing bad would happen.
