I will clearly sign the NDA and every time i stop by the forums i will move posts and tidy it up some. Right now GD has turn in to the new F&I sub forums. I THOUGHT you had people already to do this kinda thing, but from the look of the forums you don't.


I clearly know there's some place i can sign up for this but for some reason i can't find it.(Still Looking)

All automated intel should be removed from the game including Instant local/jumps/kills/cynos for all systems/regions.Eve should report nothing like this to the client/3rd party software.Intel should not be force fed to players. Player skill and iniative should be the sources of intel.

People like me who want this game to be fun would get insta-banned.

can't find the post but i'm sure ccp said players won't be able to ban, they would be able to put a case to ccp but it would be down to ccp.

The forums havnt been crusahed to death by the CSM like everything else about eve, why not let them ruin that too

In a normal gaming community player mods will be able to keep the forums in order.

However given the atmosphere of EVE, it's very likely that anyone with mod privileges would abuse them.

Part of the reason why I like the EVE forums is because I know I'm not going to get punished for extremely vague interpretations of the rules.

What makes you think that GD needs to be changed?
It is by far the most populated board on the entire forum, don't you think there is a reason for it?
People just love their "(almost) anything goes"garbageheap with all its trolling, blaming, whining, raging, and general stupidity.
If anything, they should change moderation standards on the other boards, maybe this way they would generate more traffic there, too.

I'd like to apologize for the poor quality of the post above and sincerely hope you didn't waste your time reading it. Yes, I do feel bad about it.

However, I think we only have to worry if players from alliances of note are given this role.
