The WH has a Magnetar effect:

Targeting Range Bonus 0.81
Tracking Speed Multiplier 0.81
Damage multiplier multiplier 1.44
AOE velocity multiplier 0.81
Drone velocity multiplier 0.81


PI is not that bad either. Full POS fuel and P2 production.

WH is empty. NO online or offline POS, no pos modules or containers in system.


If your corp can fleet 3-4 T1 BS or 2 T3 ships, you can easily farm the C3 static and earn
billions in a month.
