Your budge is a bit light for a full carrier pilot. I'm for sale but 51d to Thanatos, something to consider.

For a full carrier pilot you usually have to pay around 10b.

I will look at chars around the 10bil mark if need be, but the cheaper chars dont have to have all the cap skills at lvl 5
