Hey guys,

I'm looking for someone to copy this http://www.eve-lotteries.com/lotteries/736 for me. He is shutting it down. Its a API based software code type thing. I'm not a coder or It person by any means but i'm sure someone with the expertise can figure it out. I uses wallet api transactions with isk deposit reason fields and randomly hands out ticket numbers. If your interested in making this for me mail me or convo me please. Or someone one who can. Willing to pay isk for it.

It about 90% done, I could be persuaded to get it done faster :)
