Megathron pilots .... Why do they moan so much?

Megathrons use blasters which have really short range.

This means that for their blasters to work, the target needs to be close to stationer an certainly unable to wriggle about

I hear that some pilots move their ships instead of sitting still. This maneuver is called a speed tank. I think this should be totally removed as its unfair! my megathron can not be a "I win"'button soloing the universe while this I'd allowed to go on.

Well just look at it, Surely it should be tons better than any other battleship that also has exactly the same issues tracking moving ships.

CCP should remove the redonculious dps of this weapon type and make the game more rock, rock, rock so we don't feel so daft when enemies counter our size and damage potential by using their racial skill / armor type against us.

Also as the only race with damage and stat modifiers for drones, while allowing us to chose *Any* damage type any to swarm the enemy at gate camps (don't mention assigning these pumped up drones to fast locking ships), I feel you should remove them from other races ships.

Net whine +++ gallente (a pve race) and -- every-other race.

Hope you can't see that, if you do I'll be forced to moan and regurgitate the same key points of drivel for many threads.

u mad bro? Roll lose a megathron recently?

Everytime you buy something that says "made in china" you are helping the rising unemployment in your own country unless you are from china, Buy locally produced goods and help create more jobs.

Your topic doesn't even deserve to be called satirical.

Anyone can take a lot of loosely related arguments by lots of different people and bastardize them into something farcical like that.

The bottom line is, Gallente and particularly hybrid balancing issues are hot topics at the moment. Some people exaggerate, some miss the point entirely, and others say there's no problem at all.

In my opinion, there are issues with Gallente boat philosophy when coupled with hybrid mechanics (I'm talking blasters here, rails are just plain bad). Drones are fine, in fact I've always rather liked them, but they're not the "pumped up" killing machines you make them out to be in your lolpost just for the sake of it.

Anyway, I've indulged enough :D
