I am just curious as to why Shield Operation 3 and Drones 3 is a prerequisit for the Legion.

Since I didn't start with those skills, and am an armor tanker, why do I need to include it in my list of training?

Shield Operation III is a pre-req for *Race* Defensive Systems

Drones III is a pre-req for Amarr & Gallente Defensive Systems.

Caldari are only ones with Shield Operation 5. Never noticed that before. No clue why. Bug?

It's free HP and contrary to shield tankers training hull upgrades and mechanic, those protect your primary tank.
Why are you complaining?

I need new signature.
