Trading in one of my Tech II Bpos for sale today we have Mining Drone II BPO

ME19 (will be ME20 in a day)
PE10

Starting Bid: 5bil
Bid Increase: 300mil
Buyout: Make me an offer
Auction Ends: Sunday 19th 23:00 Eve Time
Sniper Rule: 15 minutes

The BPO will be put up for contract in high security space

Well afaik you have not included a reserve in your auction rules. So highest offer at the end of the auction wins.
