30 Bil Budget WTB PVP Toon

Ok i'm looking through all these toons and well i thought i'd try this approach.

I have 30bil to spend on a PvP toon.

Whoever wants to sell their toon can post here with a link to your 'sale post' so we can do it officially through CCP regulations.

So if you want my ISk post a link to your toon sale here and i'll have a look.
If you want me to use the full 40bil budget it better be a good PvPer!

I'll check mails on this Alt each day but its best just to post here.

Please serious suggestions only otherwise i'll just thank you for the free bump!

Obviously wouldn't take your full 30b to buy me, but if you are looking for a specialized subcap pvper it doesn't get any better.
