Adjustable width on LOCAL chat channel

Currently, we can only reduce this width to a certain point and no further. When in 0.0 or lowsec, where one must keep the local window open for safety, it takes up a lot of room.

IF we could adjust it completely, it would be great. For example, I dont need to see what people are writing, nor their icons. I don't need to see their entire names. When I set the list to "Cmpressed", it puts their alliance and corp tags on the left, which is really good. What I really need now is to be able to reduce the width to where I can see just the bracket with the alliance tag on it and maybe a couple of letters in the name. This should be 1/2 inch wide or less on a 1650 X 1080 resolution monitor.

That way, if a red or Neut enters the local system, it will be obvious. IF I need to see names, I can expand it.

This would allow me to reclaim a LOT of screen real estate for actual gameplay.

Thanks!
