[WTB] full PVP specced char - idealy in small ships Buget 13B+

Looking for a char that idealy can fly:

-interdictor
-stealth bomber
-inty(5)
-assault frig
-bc
Shield tanked preffered but not a necessity.

With related support skills that are needed for the ships of course.

Nice but not must have:
-hacs
-recons
-t3 cruisers


DONT WANT wasted skills:
-bs and bigger
-anything indrustrial related
-trading and other crap
