I'm looking for a char with no silly/stupid named that can fly a hulk pretty well and have use of t2 crystal
Need to have also perfect ice skill and some tank abilities
bonus will be good refinig and haul skill, and some decent PI
nice bonus would be caldari ship oriented!
No need of fancy skill like 3M sp in gun/missile

Perfect mining toon are welcome :)

budget of around 2b isk
low sp toon are good for me
