A few corp mates and I were scanning down some grav sites in HS and only ever find empty sites because we are based in the US timezone.

Wouldnt it be nice for those of us across the pond to get some love too?

I propose either another downtime prior to Primary US tz or some other thing which creates a second Explo site spawn during the day.

What are your thoughts eve peoples!!!!!

Two things:

  1. This belongs in Missions & Complexes
  2. There's already a mechanic which will respawn a site immediately once it despawns.

I didnt know explo sites were based on downtime, thought they left and respawned after use. Just hi sec is over crowded with explorers so its mostly worthless.

This right here. If you want a site, go some where that doesn't have 100+ people in it. High sec exploration sites are super easy to scan down.

They arent. Exploration sites spawn and despawn 24/7, although admittedly I havent testd gravsites. I dont mine Bear But there should be the same mechanic for all exploration sites.

Exploration site spawning isn't linked to downtime, new sites will respawn as old sites are cleared. Whether you're exploring in a quiet area or a busy one, you're still going to run into empty systems because no matter how empty a system is, the few people that do pass through will probably be explorers thinking the same thing you are. Only solution is to be faster and cover a larger quantity of systems.
