I have JUST returned back to EVE and at the moment very flimsy trying to get back into the swing of things as I have basically forgotten almost everything, lmfao. I am still relatively new with all accounts being around the 5-6 mill mark and I am an ice miner at heart.

Account 1 - PvE/defence

Account 2 - Mack pilot

Account 3 - Mack Pilot

Account 4 - Orca Pilot

As you can see I was a miner then and I am still one now. I always believed that the system revolves around what makes things happen, and thats materials and money. The corps that I came from in the past (even though I do not remember as much as its been about 2 years...) were more of a low sec, 0.0 and pvp corps which I am really not ready for yet. I know I would really need help with my skills and such...

Do you guys have wars? is that something I need to be worried about?
I am relatively self sufficient as I do plan on doing mining ops on my own time for myself as my work hours are scattered as I am in the Law Enforcement field so you would see me on at wierd times of the day (overnight, sometimes all day and night and then not online for 3 days straight ect...)

Anyways, thats my ramble to start with. Let me know if you would like any other information!

Wars: We normally have wars from October to November but its not a thing to worry about as we are very organized in how we move in Null Sec. Our space ends up being more secure than High Sec if you follow orders.

Home base: We are very active both in High Sec and Null Sec, our base is in Adahum and we have a lot of pilots still staying there. However, I would strongly recommend you to learn join a Corp that really takes care of security as a MUST, this is our case.

When you are at war you don't want to be hanging around in HS. Moreover, our 0.0 and below system Ops are very profitable and quite secure. It is true to say that there is no secure space in EVE.

I have been with Black Anvil Industries [BLANI] for about 3 months, and I figured I would share my experience with this corp so far.

The corp decided to make an exception with my joining since my skill points didn't meet their minimum requirement (1 million) because of the experience and knowledge I had gathered doing my own research on mining and industry. This really impressed me because they were willing to look past my abilities and see that even though I had low skills I had a lot of experience and would have something to offer the corporation.

The members have been very helpful with real in-game experience, since there is only so much you can learn and read online, things can be drastically different when it comes to actual game play. Corporation members have been willing to help with many of the what I would assume are just silly questions, and have helped in all sorts of ways like skill planning, mining outfits, and all the little things you have to know with high / null mining.

When I first came back to Eve after taking 2 years off (rage quit) I spent a few weeks researching corporations, mining corps specifically and Black Anvil really stood out. Their primary focus is JUST industry, which is what I personally wanted. I didn't want a mix of mining / PVP or a PVP corp that wanted miners for resources but instead just a very focused goals all relating to industry.

Black Anvil also have a really great Alliance setup (well they are part of a really great alliance). With all sorts of PVP ops and things going on that if you get bored with mining you can get involved with them.

The Corporation is setup well to cater to the low activity players and high activity players as well. There are several Ops each week that miners (and PVP) can take advantage of that are well planned, organized and staged.

I wont go into the details of what the corporation offers since that has all ready been discussed but I will say so far I have had a really great experience with Black Anvil, and I hope to be with this group for quite a while. If you want to focus on mining, industry and not worry about PVP, missions, etc then I think you could have a pretty good time with this corporation.
