So, about this Incarna thing...

When exactly is it that CCP is gonna implement the whole package and not only the Captains Quarters?

They were just about to and then they saw this post and decided to hold off a bit longer.

- Player run bars, where you can meet your local dru.. uhmm booster dealer, enjoy some mini-game, watch some exotic dancers.

- Corporate office with a lobby to impress recruits, a 3D map of EVE in the meeting room to plan your world domination.

- Probably the NeX store as a shop environment.

- Player shops (although I dont see the point tbh)

- The CQ will be your "house", something, according to CCP, players always wanted.


EDIT: LOL, sry misread your question. Anyway alot of performance issues need to be addressed first to go from single player WiS to multiplayer environments, also CCP promissed they are going to concentrate on spaceships for the next expansion (YAY!).

As far as I know a blog is in the works which will explain what is going on with Incarna. I currently do not have a date for you when this will be published but it should be in the next week or two. If that turns out not to be the case, I will aim to get you an update.

Well, CCP is Wrong, my 'house' is my Scorpion. Currently stationed in Zero-G station in Aunenen.

For you, and I'm sure many others, this is true.

While for others their "House" would be their POS that they base out of, or the Outpost that they base out of, or the Empire station where their corporate offices are.

Have a CQ or something similar in each one of those locations would be entertaining to many. One more thing to customize and make your own, providing a sense of ownership in a game where you actually own nothing.

It's not a huge deal to myself or to anyone else that has formed his persona in the EVE universe without such perks, but it certainly doesn't hurt and new folk will take to it like a duck to water.

It would be nice to be able to get out of the Forever Alone Minmatar Closet...
