There is a bit of NRDS space left. Yet time and time again it has proven to be a disaster. You are simply leaving your space open to those who can set up an invasion fleet inside your own space and attack you inside out.

All the NRDS space owners have basically the rest of EvE set red to them, so in practice it tends to be NBSI + NPC corp alts.
