Another update, another messed up client.

So if all the above fails, the patch is still corrupted and the repair tool fails, I take it the only option is to uninstall Eve and reinstall it? again Roll

Your reality does not have to be necessarily be the same has his. As the forums are not full of complains about the issue ... I guess its running fine for most and the mac users simply stopped playing ;-)

If all above fails you have encountered an unknown issue and I will investigate it.

Well, its nothing personal but I have heard that before and no one has ever got back to me, un installing eve at the moment, and getting prepared to re-install.

All the patches ive had in the 8 years I have been playing and I have had nothing quite like this, so tbh from my pov second time in almost as many weeks I have had to do a full unininstall, so not bad going I suppose.

Well I will definately run the repair tool as Admin next time, by the time I read that I had already de-installed. Perhaps if the fact that the repair tool needs to be run as admin was added to the error message we would have less unhappy people.

But anyway, those people who say things like I had no problem are likely to be griefers in game taking time to force a few more CCP customers from the game, way to go chaps!!!! Ignore them and shoot their arse off in game..., they deserve it!

When the going gets tough the Gankers get their CSM rep to change mechanics in their favour.
