why does the explosion hit me and my drones, but apparently NPCs are immune to explosions that would otherwise kill capsuleer frigates?

I never noticed it hitting drones... Mine were never scratched when I blew it up with the drones out. I did cause a destroyer of a friend of mine blowing up though ><

This has been corrected due to one of the latest patches (think last Incursion or first Incarna patch). Before the explosion hit player ships only, now it hits players and drones.

Because NPC mission AI is stupid and CCP would have to code it so they "know" to stay away from it.

The more important question here is : "Why does that stupid twit keep going back?" Hell, I've rescued her like 50 times now. Krull must be hung like a horse or something.

ROFL...

Just read the mission guide It has a damage radius of 40km. So if you and your drones are beyond that they will be unharmed. It is funny though how many times some players will do this mission before they remember to pull drones in.

Instead of blowing up the Pleasure Hub, can I just send in a squad of armed crew members to loot some hookers? I know the damsel in distress isn't the only chick on board. I can take them to the safety of my captain's quarters for an all night debriefing.
