A lot of them run bots which are in alt corps, actually it's a pretty well known method, and more often then not they put them in russian renters, then they accuse them of botting. It's not even some sort of subterfuge, they're just hypocritical little *****. Though obviously some of them just PVE or live off taxes of the peasants / moon mining. As a noob who doesn't want to bot? You will have to grind out in anoms to fund your ships for your master's wars while paying him for the pleasure.

This is a good proof that EVE forum is full of stupid trolls. Besides the OP trolling attempt it kinda makes sense, funny thing is most of the players around here refuse to see it.

EVE stagnated and is slowly falling, maybe its CCP fault, maybe its just because the game have 9 years old, maybe its because the players ruined the game. The truth is that 0.0 is dead, Low sec is dead and voila, High Sec is as always was.

Some years ago alliances went to war to conquer better regions, with access to better moons, better rats, etc. Now every ******* alliance can have that, plus the moon income got nerfed to oblivion. So, why should they fight? To lag out and stay with a black screen for 1 hour? To loose their shiny ships? For what?

And low sec corps, why do they fight? Yesterday my alliance went to low sec and in 2 hours found 0 possible engagements. Low sec is ruined with all the capital crap and you need to play for hours (or have a little luck) to find any fight, and for fight i just mean against a opponent that don't blob me from 3 to 1.

People are afraid to loose their ships, that always happened but today is worse, most of players run around in pimped ships/pimped imps and only engage when they out man the other fleet by 10 to 1.

So what to do? What to change? If part of the issue is because of players actions how can CCP change it? Well, i think everyone agree that 0.0 needs to change, Dominion had good intention but ended ruining any possible will to fight for something. Low sec is in a coma for years and that needs to be fixed asap.

CCP lost the imagination and creativity? Well.. We are here to give that so instead of trolling the forum 24/7 start doing what i loved to see when i began playing in 2006, use the forum to talk about the game, to give new ideas and debate about the overall issues. This is not nostalgia its true, forum quality went down the toiled, why? Maybe it's the new generation of players that are simply ******** like most of teenagers i see today.

I was like the author too for a while.

I took a break and realised.... stop thinking of what your aiming for, enjoy what your doing now. I love flying with my mates in fleet, getting kills, getting killed, i enjoy more the occasional pve that replaces my ship losses. I no longer aim for a new dread, or a new super cap, or where we are going to be in 6 months.

Aim for what your going todo in the next 60 seconds or even an hour, enjoy who your flying with, or find a new group. Eve takes too long to train to the best ships available with a perfect fitting and skills(and even that wont save your arse most times).

You can make far, far, far more isk in industry than you could hope to in any form of PvE (except, perhaps, someform of quad-boxing in WHs?). Up to 1bil an hour for 1-2 hours a day down to c. 500mil an hour for an indefinite number of hours a day.

that ask for someone to be inteligent + good knowlage of the game + good investement ppl in EvE (probably 70%) know only how to press F1

oh and cry about how much they make from incursion.

for the OP no EvE is healthy there is stedy player base which is about 65% and 35% alts.

On the contrary, it's been a blast.

Last night I was tracking wartargets and located one running missions in a Deimos. I had him scanned down in an Angel Extravaganza site. I rushed through all the acceleration gates just sure that he would scroll the local list and dock up as soon as he saw me, but no...I made it to the last room and there he was still carebearing away...at 46 km! I overheated my prop and point, started running at him, and...he warped away with about three seconds to spare.

It was disappointing to miss the kill, but the hunt was exciting and simply achieving that level of surprise was fun in itself. I'd have had that kill if I could fly my Proteus already.
