Purchased domain and killboard around 4 weeks ago, everything was fine for a while. In the last 2 weeks ive had ignored eve mails and my killboard has been down for over 2 days now.

Still my eve mails are ignored and no response in convo either.

Overall bad bad service, would love a refund but that aint going to happen. Check out my killboard in all its glory......

To my knowledge I have received one mail from you regarding your Killboard and this was on the 25th January.

I have investigated the problem and found someone has set your domain to use FastCGI instead of Apache to handle PHP in your control panel.

This has been the cause of your KB to fail.

This has been reset and your Killboard is operational again.

It is obvious from your mail that patience is not a major feature of your personality and it appears you are unhappy with the service received.

Simply request a refund and your fee's for all services except domain registration will be returned and the site deleted forthwith

All websites have been taken down due to a server crash.

This has been caused by the Killboard CRON jobs which have caused the server to malfunction.

In total over 60,000 websites have been affected on this cloud. It will take some time to bring the servers back up and meanwhile an investigation is underway as to how the CRON jobs could cause this malfunction.

I am disappointed you would immediately jump to the conclusion there was a scam of some kind.
