WTB: PVP Character 40 - 60M SP

Budget: 14 - 15B

I'm in the market for a PVP character with focused combat skill points. I'm not paying for industry, mining or social invested skills.

- Character MUST have a decent name. Nothing silly or inappropriate.
- Character MUST have a decent corporation history and killboard statistics.
- Character MUST have Minmatar Frigate/Cruiser/Battleship trained to 5.
- Character MUST have Battlecruisers trained to 5.
- Character MUST have Small/Medium/Large Projectile skills trained to 5 with support skills of at least 4
- Character MUST have decent drone skills.
- Character MUST have strong support skills Electronics/Engineering/Mechanic/Navigation/Science

If the above requirements are met I'm open to any character.

Again a nice character but I have a budget which would allow for more so I'm still looking.
