Simplify Skill prerequisites

Remove required skills where the skill is already required by another required skill.

For example: mega beam laser II requires large energy turret 5, gunnery 5 and large beam laser specialization 1 to use, but large beam laser specialization requires large energy turret 5, and large energy turret requires gunnery 5, making the original large energy turret 5 and gunnery 5 prerequisites redundant.

They're required because you could have the skill injected, but then be podded and lose levels in Gunnery or the turret type because you have an out of date clone.

Simple answer: No.
