Simplify T2 Ship Bonuses

Replace all per level ship bonuses with a fixed role bonus where the required level is 5.

For example: The Kitsune gives +20% ECM strength and -10% ECM cap use per level of Caldari frigate, but requires Caldari frigate V to fly. Replace these bonuses with +100% to ECM strength and -50% to ECM cap use.

Actually... this makes... Tons of sense, I always wondered why they had bonuses per level when level 5 was mandatory

It makes some sense. But at the same time I'm not sure it makes enough of a difference to change at this point. All it's doing is saving you the effort of doing 5*5% in your head, which isn't that hard.

He's insinuating that the only reason you would suggest this is that you got podded without an updated clone and lost Caldari Frigate V, and thus some small bonus to your kitsune (even though you can't fly Kitsune without Caldari Frig V)...So, he's an idiot. Ignore him.





I'm completely ambivalent to this change. It doesn't really seem to do much, but I doubt it would be hard to change.
