HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

is what I get when trying to login to the account management page to resub.

Is this due to the current database issues? ETA on resolution?

Well at least I'm not crazy and others are having the same issue.

Cmon CCP what's the deal? I mean really, PLEASE!!! take 45 seconds out of your busy schedule and confirm there is an issue and give us SOME idea of when it might be fixed. Is our money not good enough for you? You claim that you want to improve your customer service, well this is a fine example of how you can do it. DON'T just ignore the problems and your customer base as well. Address the issue head on, keep the customer base informed and do it in a TIMELY manner (at least the inform part).

Considering that TQ was just down, this is not too unexpected. Also could be related to their planned deployment of new EVE website early next week.

Still, CCP often have broken comms over stuff like this. -5 spacebro rep to CCP.
