Tranquility reboot on Sunday, February 5

Hi everyone,

I wanted to give you all an update on the emergency reboot in progress. At 12:41 UTC we experienced a node death and quickly discovered that this was due to a bad query plan on the mail sync system. This requires a reboot of Tranquility which should resolve the issue.

The motd has been updated to state that we expect to be up and running no later than 13:15 UTC. Hopefully this short intermission should not affect your relaxing Sunday too badly and I will keep giving updates in this thread as necessary.

Update: Operations will bring Tranquility up in testing mode while we thoroughly investigate the server status. This means that uptime will now be 13:30 UTC.

Update 2: Tranquility is back online and in testing mode. We expect to open in a few minutes.

Update 3: Tranquility is now back on line and accepting connections.
