Exploration drop discrepancy

Recently I completed a Blood Raiders 6/10 DED rating signature and recieved an Ashimmu BPC and several
meta4 mods as a reward. This led me to believe there is a discrepancy between individual instances of
exploration sites. I used this sample along with other data i had gathered to come to a conclusion.

Drop 1 (sample size:1) 1: Ashimmu BPC, 19th Tier overseer; value:~200m ISK

Drop 2 (sample size:1) 1: Ashimmu BPC, Corpum A-type Energized Reflctive Membrane,
Dark Blood Capacitor Power Relay, 19th Tier overseer ; value ~400m ISK

Drop 3 (sample size:1) 1: Ashimmu BPC, Corpum A-type Energized Adaptive Membrane,
19th Tier overseer; value: ~1.4billion ISK

Conclusion:
In example 'Drop 3' the value of items received was much greater than in the first two
examples. This leads me to believe that drops received from completing this particular complex are
not the same every time, and therefore must come from a generated database pool. This also led me
to realize that my beer is empty and that i must harvest another from my fridge. Upon visiting the fridge
i realized that my beer supply had dwindled down to 0 remaining. So in final conclusion, should i risk
driving to the beer store, or call the lady friend and get her to pick me up some.

hell, eve forces some tough choices onto you. Hardly seems fair, and CCP should certainly fix that problem! Bet things never get that tough or complicated in WOW. Sheesh!!

I guess I am almost a 'vet' by now. Hopefully not too bitter and managing to help more than I hinder. I build and sell many things, including large collections of bookmarks.
