4.92 sec status, level 4-5 standing with fed navy , toon is moving to dodixie,

Obi lev 5 is in comming , +4's in current head , 2 Jumpclones , no kill/be killed rights,

This is a near perfect Tengu pilot with all missile support skills at 5 and perfect shield skills (you can't increase his tank even by using all 5s character in EFT). He has HM 5 and HM spec at 4. He is currently finishing some cap skills and in 1.5 days will be able to fly an AB fit faction/complex tengu cap stable with no CCC and no Implants. AB, Shield boost and 3 hardeners always on.

I am entertaining any offer that is 12b+. This is a hard limit and anything less will be thanked as a free bump.

There is no B/O but feel free to offer as one.

He told me the buyout is 7b and I accepted it and sent it. I didn't just send him money willy nilly. I gave him what he wanted for his char after asking him his price. Please do not continue to interfere in this sale. Thanks in advance.

OP I hope that you aren't scamming or something. You asked for a price which I agreed to and then I sent you the isk. I am not sure I see what the problem is. If you are not going to transfer this character, I will have to file a complaint.

no he stated that the b/o would be 7 bil, then you offered 7bil and sent isk, but he never actually stated that he would sell to you, he was mearly stating what his b/o was, there are rules on this forum, or else both me and you and other people could of all sent him 7bil. so the rules state that he has to accept before isk is transferred

Feel free to make up rules as you go along. I buy chars all the time for the buyout listed. I tell the person that I accept their buyout and then send the isk. As I did here. As everyone does in this forum. I am sorry that you came to this thread late. He has my money and the transaction is completed. There was another similar pilot sold today in much the same way. If you keep your eyes open another may still come along.


Dizzy, you must do a character transfer using plex, money or GTC. I suggest using plex as you can use isk to purchase it. Go to your account settings after reverse redeeming the plex to your account and then select character transfer.

I am sending the account name now to transfer to. It will be in a evemail from this character to your character.

Dizzy please move the character somewhere in Empire space if you can. I don't mind where as long as it is highsec.
