What EVF Offers:
A PVP focused environment (we’re here to blow stuff up)
Exceedingly Successful Alliance
Solid North American presence with members online around the clock
0.0 for PVP and other activities
No drama, laid back, minimal rules

It is important that our membership base thrives. We have put together a list of requirements to ensure that our corporate culture remains intact and new members fit in without any problems.

What EVF Requires:
PVP capable, seasoned pilots.
To be in voice comms when active.
Able to be self sufficient
Must be a team player and willing to follow commands.
Active in communication on our forums and especially in-game
Mature attitude, with tolerance to humor
35 Mil Skill Points minimum
Good Killboard Stats Representative of an Experienced PVPer
Limited API Required upon application

Additional notes:

We have a number of far reaching goals and are looking for people who have their stuff together, who will maintain our reputation and keep EVF one of the best corps around.

Although primarily a PVP corporation, we embrace many other aspects of game play in EVE; however, every member is expected to do their duty to the corporation. If there is a call to arms, every pilot is expected to help out in any way they can.

in the OP it does not mention "refs from within NCdot" but yet it is a requirement on your forums....

If you love playing with arrogant douchebags who take this game WAY too seriously. EVF and NCdot is the place for you!

Note*

* Expect everyone to be obsessed with flying a titan.
* Expect to be degraded and treated like crap daily.
* Members are required to meet a kill quota. (awesome to play a game like a job right??)
* Expect to be threatended weekly by your ceo about the time you spend online playing the game.
* FC's love to scold, embarrass, and kill thier own members. (I was in EVF for a short time and saw FC command the fleet to kill a member of his own fleet at least 3 times for having something wrong with his fit or making a mistake in fleet. One ship was even a capital.)
* Comms are mostly silent and when there is conversation, its mostly serious industrial chatter or talk about amassing isk for capitals or boring crap.

Not everyone in NCDot is a jerk. They are very strict and hard-edged so if you are a hardcore foot soldier, it just might work out for you. If playing Eve online is your job, this corp just might be for you. If you don't have a family, friends, or a bladder then this corp is for you. U.S. Timezone sucks btw. EU/ AUS mostly.

This is definatley the worst corp/alliance I have ever flown with. EVER...

This post is way out of line. Aussy Willy is a good guy to fly with, so is his corp, so is the alliance. You seem to be butt hurt and need to be shown where the mining corps hang out.
